I'd personally take your time and efforts and store around for a much better offer. If you are not sure that you need a CTL, it is possible to generally include OTT tracks into a wheeled device, or choose a VTS system. I would be scared of managing almost any rubber tracks while if You will be in rocky, sharp locations. Just my $.02. Excellent luck
